Full-Service Estate Management
Luxx Limited sorts, prices and displays estate sale items and memorabilia throughout the house to prepare for the estate sale. On the day of the sale, we will oversee crowd control and ensure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish. At the completion of the estate sale, we remove unsold items from the house and transport the items to upcoming sales, donate them to charity or discard them.

Estate Logistics
If the items in an estate will be sold at an auction house, Luxx Limited will package items and transport to client’s choice of destination.
Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals
We Drop off, you fill it, we take it.
We offer 3 to 7-day rentals.

20 Cubic yard, 6-foot sides, 14 foot long.

Small Dumpster:
13 Cubic yard, 4 – foot sides, 14 foot long.

Luxx Limited specializes in short and long-haul transportation services for large and small items. We offer the best equipment, experienced drivers, and excellent delivery options.
Property Management
Full-Service Management Option for rental, lease, and vacation properties. Management contracts can range from indoor/outdoor maintenance, clean-outs, to accepting rent payments from tenants.
Personal Property Storage
Temperature controlled storage options for individuals to rent and store personal or business belongings.
